Pizza Couture - East Renfrewshire

Toni's is hands down the best pizza in Glasgow. I highly recommend their pizzas, they are always my go-to choice. They offer fantastic meal deals, including 2 for Tuesdays. I personally love their chicken strips with garlic mayo and the Alfredo pizza. The staff is very friendly, including the delivery driver. I have never had a bad experience with them, even after ordering from them many times.

I have dined at Toni's several times in the past when it was located in the west end, and overall, the pizza is usually good. However, I recently ordered a delivery pizza for myself today. It took an hour to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Considering that I live only a five-minute drive away, I found this disappointing and difficult to justify. I am not happy with the experience.

This restaurant seems to mainly focus on takeout orders, but my party decided to dine at one of the two outdoor tables. There are also a few tables inside. The staff was friendly and the menu had a variety of options beyond just pizza. When our order was ready, we had to pick up our food in boxes and bring it to our table. Drinks were served in bottles/cans and we had to use straws when we requested them. Cutlery and napkins were not provided, which would have improved the experience. Despite these minor issues, the pizzas we ordered were delicious. The Toni's Special pizza had a generous amount of toppings, which made up for any shortcomings.

Called after waiting 90 minutes for delivery and was told it had just left no apology. Waited another 40 minutes (total wait 2hr 10m) and the pizza and fries arrived stone cold with burnt crusts. I'd tipped via the website too. Emailed the following morning to advise of the above and have had no response. 2nd time this has happened. Won't order again.

Ordered two pizzas for home delivery. Both pizzas had almost no cheese on them. Miserable, Won’t be back!
