Feedback gevenPlease note his restaurant is currently closed however is still taking bookings online with a confirmation e mail to your e mail address. I turned up tonight and was closed. Online it also says its open. Picture shows been closed for a while.
Despite purchasing a deal on Wowcher for a meal at this restaurant, we were disappointed to discover that it was closed when we arrived for our reservation on Saturday, October 21st. We recommend avoiding this establishment altogether.
This restaurant has been closed for more than a week. They are still taking reservations without informing their customers. I made a reservation for October 18th, but when we arrived, the doors were locked with no notice. I used a Wowcher deal, which they are still advertising, but they seem unable to fulfill. This is extremely disappointing customer service.
We came along tonight for dinner after being there a few weeks ago and enjoyed it, on the phone stated it was the pre theatre menu, sat down with no pre theatre menu so I had a photo from fb which we ordered from the pre theatre menu, my husband had ordered from the main menu and after we had our starters brought over the boy said yours won’t be long, we wanted and waited, the same boy walked by us and didn’t look in our direction once, me and my daughter finished and someone then came to collect our plates and we said we’re still waiting on another starter, we ordered so this is now 40 mins later after we sat down we got the starter. We then get the 3 mains with 1 rice, I ask to order another rice and the boy said I’ll get someone over to serve you then no one came, I didn’t ask again for the other rice since the food would be cold. I was then charged for a nann bread on the order which is with the pre theatre as a choice, the mince curry last time was lovely and Thai time was spicy, maybe a different chef but would be nice to know. Hassle to call someone over to ask for the bill, really needs some sort of shift manager in place instead of kids. I wouldn’t give 1 star as it ruins businesses, the venue is lovely, decor is nice but they seemed so focused on the takeout they didn’t know what was happening.
Called to book a table for five people and to use one itison voucher for two but didn't realise I had to reserve a table before 21st April. Was informed of this when I called. TOTALLY 100% my fault! However you would think they would still want the business of 3 other diners paying full pice and all paying for drinks??? I know this is completely my fault (no need for management reply to point this out) but if it was my business I would've waived the deadline out of goodwill and taken the money! So, booked The Turban. The booking was for 1730hrs so not sure how busy it would've been??
