Dunkin' - East Ridge

Customer service is horrible. My wife and I stopped here to get coffee on our way to FL. They gave us unclean coffee cups with milk spilled on them. My wife asked the girl at the window to replace the cups she was like oh I think they were rushing making them and wiped our cups with napkins and gave them back, very unprofessional.

Idk what happened but they’ve gone downhill year to date. It seems like the average rush completely shuts this restaurant down. I’ve waited half a hour for not a large order and modified drinks be completely acted up. They need management to come in and overhaul the way it’s running. Loved coming here, so I hope it’s not hopeless.

The best Dunkin in hattanooga. They treat regulars like family. Mew customers they are wonderful too, order is never wrong. They love to see me pull up

They REALLY need to know how to navigate their own app! Paid full price when it should have bn 1/3 of what I was charged! AND order was wrong!!

Apparently the very expensive reusable cups are just for looks. I bought a $25 cup. Washed it. Came back a few days later. Then they just charge me for a normal coffee in another plastic cup! So not helping environment or the wallet. Told the guy that I wanted the money back on my cup and he said no to that too. I'm sure my little bit of money isn't going to hurt a big corporation, but it's the last time I spend any more. Shame on Dunkin.
