Cooplands Secret Garden Cafe

Came here on 09/09/22 Fri afternoon myself and my wife we called in for a coffee and a sandwiche NEVER AGAIN the so called sandwiche was 4 triangle with hardly any filling and the coffee was half a mug topped up with half a mug of froth at over £13.00 for two tiny sandwiches and two half mugs of coffee we cannot recommend or return.

Our favourite cafe in Beverley. Lovely decor in eating area, food good and not too expensive. Would have given 5 stars except the toilet facilities were dreadful. Both toilet seats in the ladies were hanging off and appeared the wrong ones for the toilet pan and the floor was lifting up and sticky . If they improve then I’ll give 5 stars

Don't like the staircase upto it. It's in serious need of a deep clean. Very short staffed which meant tables weren't cleared fast enough and the tables needed wiping down. The food is ok,the cakes as usual are lovely. All in all there are way better places to visit

Went here yesterday with our Grandchildren, would highly recommend, food was good and staff went above and beyond

The place is clean but lack of customer support or advice. If the offer is after 2pm, they should have advice us to wait until 2pm. I came here for tea and cake at 1.55pm and they charged me the full price. If they advised me to wait for 5 min, I would have waited!! Won't visit the place again!
