Fayre Square - East Riding of Yorkshire

The Fayre and Square (also known as the Hayride) has a great selection of two meals for a tenner including Sunday lunch. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again. Only downside was the limited choice of beer.

We were taken care of by Anna, who was working alone and did a fantastic job. Our group of 11 was very pleased with the food and ended up booking our Christmas meal there.

The Hayride is located just 250 yards from our home, so we are regulars at this restaurant. The menu is simple and includes vegetarian and at least one vegan option. We have only had one bad meal there, which was promptly refunded, and any other issues were resolved with a replacement meal. While the food may not be gourmet, sometimes a simpler option is just what we need. If there is a delay in service due to a busy night, the staff always keep us informed. They offer a variety of drinks, including different teas and Costa coffee. The restaurant also has play areas for children that do not disturb other guests. Overall, we have no complaints about The Hayride – it's a great spot to enjoy a meal.

The food is delivered promptly, which is great if you're in a rush. The staff is welcoming and the menu offers affordable options. Overall, a pleasant and convenient dining experience.
