Fish And Chips 149

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and they even gave me a discount on one of the dishes. However, they forgot some items despite me asking if everything was included. I had to go back, but they handled the situation well. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and I would definitely go back again.

I was impressed by the efficient ordering and serving process, which included a screen displaying which orders were being prepared and which were ready for pick-up. The battered cod portions were generously sized and both the fish and the batter were delicious, with no greasy taste at all.

Omg these were literally the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. Went a bit ago when visiting Bempton. They were lush that time. As we were going to flamborough today we stopped on the way past. These were the best F and C ever. Went to a very famous fish and chip shop in Hornsea (W s) two weeks ago (that are supposed to be the best in Britain) and 149 far surpassed the standard. Amazing . Crisp batter. Chunky and flavoursome fish. Chips were lush. Service was excellent young lady that served us was so polite and helpful and we actually said as we left, a credit to the business. We will be back!

Fantastic! Understandably popular on a Friday evening but service was friendly and organised takeaway for seven people (including a scrumptious spam fritter) We took down to North Sands to eat with a view.

Absolutely discusting fish and chips for family. Also asked for gluten free as we always came here from Wakefield when we visited. They didn't shut while 9 and told me I had walked in at the cut off time?? Absolutely discussed. Looked like new people.
