Crust Pizza Kitchen - East Rochester

I loved it until the delivery was in the veranda floor. no knock or doorbell or call so bugs could crawl over pizza and pizza was not as ordered. the pizza before had old crust. I will not get into the situation, how much of a job had done when you complained. what happens, but at least offer a friendly customer service!

We had your pizza the other day. I usually hate the sauce they use on pizzas. Your sauce was great! I will order more

We ordered subs tonight and they were all amazing! the brot was fresh and all the parts were very well filled!

That you hate this place is an understatement. I asked for a small steak base with mozzarella cheese, spinat, green paprika, swirling and boss sauce. I forgot to ask for my paid drink for a drink, so I asked how much a drink was and was said $2.39 or I could just go to the fair next door and pay much less for a dose pop. I mean, thank you for the rettung of me $2.39, but I wish I had saved the $9.07 for the vaccinated steak sub, that was mostly all brot. it's like a steak pump I do

Well I was a long time customer spending over 100 dollars a week between wraps, pizzas, and plates. Last night at close I was delivered two wraps and a plate. the plate was great as usual, but the wraps had blue mold on green wraps. It's blatant and disgusting. I called this morning and was treated with disrespect, attitude, and made to feel stupid because there's no way they got mold on them. well, I have 20/20 vision so I must be crazy. Was told they couldn't get me new food till next week. Cool, so I pay you on time. You deliver moldy disgusting food because you didn't check it and now I'm out 20 bucks. I consider that being robbed.
