Chef Chan - East Rutherford

Tried to charge me $1 for a takeout pint box after $40 worth of food.

Ordered several menu items on a Thursday night and everything was fresh, and most importantly delicious. The customer service was great, thank you chef Chan!

Food is trash, food is not cooked thoroughly. most pieces of chicken tasted gross, old, or unhealthy. half of my noodles were not cooked properly. very disappointing. will not be getting my business ever again. i do not recommend this place to anyone you will be

There is nothing more frustrating than ordering food and realizing you have allergies. After driving all the way to the restaurant and back, finally getting home and comfortable, only to discover that they didn't take my order correctly. The chicken was soggy when I specifically asked for it well done, and they completely disregarded my allergies.

I haven't even gotten my food yet but this is the nicest customer service from a Chinese food place I have ever had this guy is incredibly nice and he doesn't need to be that's why he has five stars I can't wait to try his food either im excited and I'm going to update when I do! ?
