Carvel - East Setauket

I can't find this amazing ice cream where I live. I grew up with it and I simply crave it whenever I'm visiting Long Island. It's consistently outstanding and far surpasses any other soft serve I've tried. Plus, they're open until 11, so you can swing by after dinner or enjoy a late-night treat.

I bought our annual Whale of a Dad cake this morning and was thrilled to discover a clean and well-stocked store nearby since we just moved to the area. The young man who assisted me was very friendly and attentive, and he decorated the cake with flawless lettering. I will definitely be returning soon!

I believe the employee's name was Maya, and she provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful. Once again, I had an excellent experience at this Carvel!

Never going to that one again. I ask for strawberry and chocolate ice cream. We don?t have hard chocolate only soft serve. Instead of strawberry I got vanilla bean. I ask for peanuts on top and they don?t have them. Carvel franchise really should look into this store.

Pretty average carvel, the staff is friendly. I honestly only go here when there is a promotion such as buy one get one free sundae on Wednesdays! When I went around 8:30PM there was a small line but it moved fast. I ended up getting a chocolate and vanilla swirl soft serve ice cream with hot chocolate fudge ice cream on top. I don't think that I got enough hot fudge but besides that the ice cream tasted very standard. I prefer their cakes over their soft serve ice cream
