Pizza Hut - EAST SYRACUSE

Typically, the food at this restaurant is delicious. However, there are times when they are busy and it may take a while to be served. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, we had to wait for an hour and the quality of our food was not up to par. The pizza we ordered was very difficult to bite and chew.

The food was delicious, but the buffalo wings were a bit too tangy.

I placed my order and made my selection online. The wait time was shorter than anticipated, so I went to the counter to inform them that I had already signed the credit card slip online and waited there. Eventually, I went back to the counter and found my pizza waiting for me. It was a bit frustrating, but the staff was friendly. I ordered the veggie lovers pizza, but the onions were a bit soggy. Overall, the experience did not fully convince me to return again.
