When I came to the store to order at 5.20pm, I couldn't order from the lunch menu. I could only order takeout. Then I ordered the dinner menu. I ordered hot and sour chicken and chicken offal. When the chicken offal came, the offal was cold. If I couldn't finish the takeout, I was charged $1 for the container. I want a small bag and I'm afraid it will spill and they charge me 0.5. Is this merchant crazy because of poverty? The service was completely lacking in the two little girls dancing in front. I took the water glasses myself. I won’t go there again. I would have given no star if this was an option. More than 30 minutes wait and still no food has been served zero. Any shop that cares about customer service would have informed the customer up front. We came at an off peak time and there were hardly anyone in the shop. You see all the takeaway orders being processed and picked up. Guess what they demand customers to pay at the time of ordering and if you cancel the order due to waiting time, they are unable to refund straight away.
