Colonial Inn Tamworth - EAST TAMWORTH

The rooms at this restaurant are of excellent quality and are priced very reasonably. The grounds are well-maintained, tidy, and the garden is welcoming. I recommend having a picnic on the rear lawns overlooking the Peel River to the West before sunset. The location is quiet, just off Armidale Road, and a short walk to town. Thank you, Robert.

This is an excellent place to stay at. The room was clean, quiet, and lovely. We were very satisfied with our stay and thought it was a great value.

Booked in late but wasmt an issue, upon arrival was greeted by the lady owner, beautiful persona and well spoken, kind and caring..spoke to male owner and had a good meet and greet, owner went out of his way to come introduce himself as he was away when arriving, again cant fault him. Exceptional owners willing to help anyone if asked. Stayed with 6 kids in a family room, this room was exceptional and best i have stayed in yet in Tamworth, rooms clean, bathroom noticeably clean, beds have clean linen..kids are enjoying their stay as I am.. Big thanks to Robert and his wife, i will recommend this motel to all i know...my family will surely be back to stay.

This is a lovely and peaceful spot to enjoy while in Tamworth.

We had a FANTASTIC lunch at the bistrot du port. Amazing service (rare enough to mention:)), food, surrounding, staff,... We will be back!!
