Arby's - East York

Staff was very rude and the food was cold. The lady taking my order had the worst attitude and all but threw my food in my car and I like to think I am very respectful. Wouldn't return here for free food, that was just uncalled for.

Everytime I come to this location they can’t seem to get my order right. Employee on the mic shouldn’t be.

I got the crispy chicken meal and an extra sandwich for a friend. They didn't put the other sandwich in so we had to drive back around, but we very quickly got the sandwich. The fries were cold, but the sandwiches were good.

Arby's in york s.c. you wait a while to get your sandwich and then the lettuce is about bid as a quarter. Suppose to have shredded lettuce. The meat was dry . I will never go back again. Service was terrible.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Evette who waited on me this evening. She was very sweet and understanding when I went through the drive-thru. She is very kind and has a beautiful smile which makes your trip to Arby's
