The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. They never get your order right, and the employees who prepare the food are seen picking their noses and not washing their hands before handling food.

They told me they were closed when I went in because they were doing a changeover. I- so, you're not open 24 hours then?

I'm disappointed that there are no refills here. It's frustrating on so many levels, and the staff could have handled it better.

Never gets your order right, coffee is Luke warm and breakfast sandwich was so dry it seemed its been sitting there for a while . I ordered egg mcmuffin breakfast and I got ham on a dry bread instead. Double double coffee and it was Luke warm and no sugar I got. You will think every thing will be freshly made at 6:00am. Staff just standing there having conversations. Disgusting. Very disappointing ?

If you use the drive-through, be prepared to wait in the parking lot to receive your food instead of getting it at the window. It's unclear why they call this fast food.
