Feedback gevenI walked into the restaurant and noticed that they have outsourced their cashiers. I decided to leave without ordering. I do not support this corporate behavior and I do not recommend giving this location your business. Despite the response they have provided below, this practice goes against minimum wage laws and sets a bad example. I recommend not eating at this restaurant.

I frequently order from this restaurant and the food is tasty. However, I am beginning to have concerns about hygiene and processes. A while back, I found pieces of aluminum foil in my burrito from this restaurant. I overlooked it at the time, thinking it was a one-time occurrence. But today, the same thing happened, with even larger pieces. This is not acceptable, especially considering it has happened before. It may indicate potential mismanagement or poor overall hygiene at the restaurant.
Went in today to get a bowl to take home. A Pangoa bowl to be exact. This may have been the best prepared bowl I’ve ever had at Freshii. I didn’t get the girl’s name, but she was professional and clearly knows what she’s doing.
I will not be back. Cashiers need to be local. If you can't fill the positions pay more. No one else seems to have this issue though?
