Had a lovely roast lunch here today. Choice of roast was lamb or chicken and my friend and I had lamb. Plenty of meat. Good roast potatoes and veg. I recommend banana pavlova for dessert. Fascinating decor and friendly service.
I highly recommend this place. It is the perfect place to go if you are visiting Eastbourne. It is very cute and quaint, with lovely food and service. The people who run it are very sweet. Please give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
I visited the restaurant for a casual lunch with my daughter, who lives abroad and was craving some English home-cooked food. We both loved the ambiance and the delicious meal. I can't wait to return for a traditional afternoon tea.
