Domino's Pizza - Eastbourne

I went there with my dad for his birthday. We both had a pepperoni pizza and potato wedges but we bought some cheese and tomato pizzas and chicken strippers for the rest of my family as a takeaway as we ate ours at the building. I enjoyed it, it was amazing.

Me and Joanne went there to have my snack inside the building. I had 7 chicken kickers which I really loved. They were spicy but I enjoyed eating them as my snack. It was a brilliant day.

Wonderful. How can I describe it? It was amazing, their Pizza's are the best. It has got my approval.

Been using this branch for a while and never regretted it. Food always arrives hot on a home delivery service. Good range of food reanonabilty priced, and look out for the deals.

I picked up two pizzas from the Langley branch on October 26th, 2019. While enjoying one with my son, I found a hair in my mouth. Feeling disgusted, I continued eating only to find another hair in the next slice. I called the Langley branch to complain, but the manager just asked me to drive back with the pizzas at my own expense. There was no apology given. When I arrived, I showed the manager a photo of the hairy pizza and he took it away to make a replacement. Still no apology. Ten minutes later, a different staff member gave me the new pizza without any explanation or apology. I asked about the manager but was told he was not around. I was shocked by the lack of response and left, throwing away the replacement pizza as I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I sent two emails with the photo to the UK head office but received no response, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the incident. This establishment has serious management and health standards issues. It's disappointing that Domino's refuses to take responsibility and hopes customers will just forget about it once the evidence is gone. Shame on you Domino's!
