Perhaps it's time for someone to clean the soft serve machine?
The shake I had was mostly milk rather than ice cream, and it wasn't well made. Additionally, I noticed that social distancing wasn't being enforced. I've been there before, and the experience was much better. Perhaps they have new employees or something like that.
We visit this restaurant every year for special occasions and are always welcomed by a clean and well-stocked store. They are a dependable choice for last-minute ice cream needs for events! The cake decorations can vary, but they usually turn out beautifully. They accept coupons from the Carvel website and occasionally offer their own coupons as well. Our Fudgie the Whale cake came with a $3 discount for our next cake purchase and a discount on ice cream sandwiches. We will definitely be returning to this location!
We travel from New Rochelle to get our birthday cakes here. The owners are friendly and attentive, and they prepare all their ice cream cakes fresh. They also accept special orders. Thank you!
