Dunkin' - Eastchester

It's a typical Dunkin Donuts with nice seating area to have a coffee with a friend

This restaurant has terrible service. They never get the coffee right, and when you try to give it back because it's either too weak or too strong, they seem to have an attitude about it. I went in and was even refused service when I asked to redeem a free sandwich coupon on my app at the register. I will be contacting corporate about this.

I don't know why, but the coffee at this D&D location in New Rochelle is exceptional. The flavor is outstanding. I've visited many other stores, but the quality at this particular one surpasses the rest.

The donuts at this location are never fresh, no matter when we visit. Despite always having customers, we have been disappointed every time we've been. We will be sticking to Granny's from now on.

I had good service when I visited this restaurant. The cashier spoke English well and my order was correct and prepared quickly. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the restaurant appeared to be well-maintained.
