Started off with the Peri Peri wings which were juicy and tender with a succulent sauce. For an entrée I tried the fish of the day which was salmon with a power salad. Not much of a chickpea and lentil guy but it was more than flavorful. Although I didn't try any wine (instead had a Tusker-Kenyan beer) the options on the list seemed eclectic. For dessert I had the malva pudding which was beyond scrumptious. Good form kept me from picking up the dish lapping the plate. I will be a repeat customer eying the monkey ribs Peri Peri shrimp.
Fantastic! This was the restaurant we chose for the first day of our vacation and we couldn't have been happier. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and the food was excellent! We sampled and shared a bunch from across the menu (which I highly recommend) and each dish was better than the last. Interesting, perfectly cooked, great flavors, and you can grab some of the sauces on your way out if you really like something.
Great meal. My veggie Mum thinks the hummus is the best she has ever had .The chicken curry was wonderful, the meatloaf fabulous, the burger enjoyed by my picky eater, everyone had a thoroughly great time. We will return when we come back to Eastham..will be a family favorite and tradtion!
Everything was so delicious. Even for a non-adventurous eater, the balance of flavors is amazing, nothing overpowers. And the servers are excellent at explaining dishes and guiding you if the menu items names and included dictionary of regional terms daunt you. From the drinks to the soup to appetizers, specials, entrees, dessert, server and atmosphere, A !!!!
Addicted to the Falafel Sandwich and my husband is to the Salmon Cakes. Everything's great but my favorites are the veg combo appetizer plate, chakalaka and the curried slaw.
