Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Eastlake

The service is incredibly slow at this restaurant. I've placed my orders more times than I can remember, but the last experience was the final straw. Two nights ago, I ordered the new gold channels and received the Nashville version instead. I also asked them to add potato wedges to my order (which normally comes with coleslaw), but I ended up with two orders of coleslaw instead. The staff at the window are often indifferent or even downright rude.
