Boswells - Eastleigh

What a sunny and cheerful welcome from the staff at Boswells! I don’t visit Eastleigh often, but on this lovely day off, I needed to pick up a few items from the shops. I decided to stop in for a little snack. The girl at the counter greeted me with the warmest welcome, saying, "Hello, lovely!" I couldn’t help but respond with an "Aww" — thankfully, she didn’t hear me. I asked if it was alright to just order a snack and a drink, and she cheerfully replied, "Oh, of course it is!" The next server was just as delightful. I requested a salad garnish for my pasty and ended up being served a full salad! I’ll try to post a picture if I can. In my opinion, customer service is all about that initial warm welcome, and the staff at Boswells today made my shopping experience in Eastleigh a truly enjoyable one!

It was a bustling Saturday lunch, but the service was prompt and the food was delightful. The all-day breakfast was served hot, and the sausages were sizable. Simply delicious!

Charming staff, great variety of food and beverages. A delightful café!

Loveĺy place to eat and drink. Children and babies always welcome here. You won't be disappointed.
