The menu includes classic fish and chips, along with a specials board. The servers were friendly, and our orders arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the food was excellent—homemade and generously portioned. While it's not the cheapest place to eat, it's also not overpriced. We enjoyed a three-course meal along with a couple of bitter Shandys. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, and I found no faults with my experience. If you're considering stopping by, I highly recommend it, as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Please don't let the reputation of the previous tenant deter you; they are gone, and this place deserves a chance to shine.

This was a right little find, lovely pub, friendly chatty staff, outdoor space which was fab in the sunshine and table service inside. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Puddings were great too. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Will absolutely return of we are that way again.

Great lunch. We all had the fish and chips which was lovely.. Had the sticky toffee pudding and after eight sundae for dessert, absolutely delicious. The young man serving us was exceptional.

I made a reservation in advance and inquired about parking my camper overnight in their lot. The response was a friendly "yes" with no fee! We received a warm welcome at this lovely, dog-friendly pub. The food was delicious and incredibly good value for money! My only minor criticism is that the table was a bit sticky, likely due to too much cleaner being used. I will definitely return when I’m in the area!

This is a very cozy spot. The staff were friendly, and the pizza we ordered was quite good. The restrooms were very clean, and there is plenty of parking available.
