Mcdonald's - Eastleigh

I ordered at the drive thru, a hamburger happy meal no onions, and chicken salad, I got out of there found I had a Mchicken sandwich and no happy meal or chicken salad also no receipt, I went back as my daughter was hungry for her food, I was told to wait in bay 1 for my missing order items, we waited while others were served, the guy kept saying it’s not my order, after waiting 30 mins I said excuse me to one guy carrying food out, he had a poker face and ignored me, I called out excuse me, he ignored me again, I called excuse me again and he walked of with his tray above his head charming, I felt very disappointed and we left without my daughters food as it was a bad experience.

Worst drive through ever. Went at 11pm and the I was one behind someone ordering at the temrinal. took 1 hour, got so bad there was alsmost a fight in the car queue. no apology, guy coudlnt remember my order and it was stone cold. by the time I left the queue was out by the road. cant imagine how long people must have waited that couldnt turn back

I went for breakfast and ordered some pancakes and syrup. I ordered on the app to make it faster hoping to collect my food and leave. However after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through i recieved the pancakes with no syrup. I went back into the store to ask for the syrup i had ordered and after waiting about 10 minutes for the worker to wander around the shop i was told they didnt have any. I cant belive they would sell something they dont have and expect me to just deal with it. I paid for pancakes and syrup and got cold, dry pancakes. Furthermore, while in the drive through i saw atleast half a dozen rats running around the store room. Overall my experience was shocking and i would never reccomend this mcdonalds to anyone. I even tried to get my money back on the app however you cant and the only option is to go back into the store. By this time i was already home and wasnt going to make another trip and waste my fuel. I through away the pancakes because they werent worth eating. Not only that, i watched a worker take food from a car that had the wrong order and hand it directly to another custmer without replacing the order.

Daughter done the honours, I had big mac meal , no cold drinks, so ended with big mac and fries. Big mac no cheese and a token slice of gherkin , burgers smaller than the bun, nothing like the pic. Been a very long time since I had a big mac. Bring back the 80's, the meals seemed so much better quality proper portions. McayD's alot better in town just above the Bar gate. Shocking. Unfortunately got to give a star rating no stars is not an option, so forced to give 1 star

Had breakfast today no herbal teas can't drink coffee should have more choices for people. Had orange juice instead really wanted a hot drink oh well. Muffin and hashbrown excellent as always.
