Treats Gelato - Eastleigh

Immaculate café with incredibly friendly staff and attention to detail with the food. What's not to love? The prices are fantastic as well. However, my young granddaughter has dietary restrictions and cannot have milk or soya, which severely limited our menu options. After inquiring, I was pleased to discover they had three sorbet options she could enjoy. Unfortunately, these could not be dressed up like at other places due to soya in the ice cream wafers. My only complaint is that, like many other establishments, there is no information on vegan options like sorbet. Our meal of three fried dishes, two paninis with side salads, two delicious hot coffees (lattes and mochas), and one scoop of sorbet came to just over £26.00. This is the best dining experience I've had in a while. The standout difference is their genuine care for the customer and what they serve. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

The customer service at this dessert parlour is absolutely terrible. It's surprising to find old and stale savory food being served in a place that specializes in desserts. The food tastes old and not fresh. I would not recommend returning to this establishment. It is clear that they prioritize selling savory meals over desserts, which are likely frozen. Overall, the food is terrible.

I stopped by for lunch and had a Panini, while my daughter enjoyed a baguette. The fillings were of good quality, the place was clean and tidy, and the coffee was great. They also had a nice variety of ice cream at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back if I find myself shopping in Eastleigh again.

Went here for a treat for the children, very child friendly (not really my thing but was a treat for the children), children loved it, we all got very excited about the range of different flavours, tried quite a few and were all lovely. personally found it abit pricey once the three of us had choosen 3 or 4 scoops each but it was a treat so ok. couldn't afford to go there regularly I may go back as a treat but don't plan on any time soon. staff very friendly and it was clean, if your into your ice cream this would be heaven for you

The service wasn't great as you are instructed to wait to be seated but we had to wait a long time before anyone even noticed we were there. Food is tasty and filling but not always very fresh
