Wells Place Centre - Eastleigh

Not the best of shopping centres could do a whole lot better!!

All good, nice place, easy to shop, not busy, clean and tidy

It's a great little shopping area, lots of different shops without walking too far. Parking is a bit expensive!

The Swan Centre is feeling a little dated now and the high street is fast becoming hairdressers and charity shops. The Mitchell car park has reduced its daily parking rate which helps but it needs to up it's game as a destination venue. Cinema, bowling and arcades help but with the costs rising they need to package some family deals to keep us coming in!

Good sized shopping centre with some good stores you will find all the usual here boots, Clarks, poundland etc.,. Decent amount of parking that's reasonably priced
