Wyevale Garden Centre - Eastleigh

We've been here several times for lunch and we will not be coming again. Expensive food that's not that good. It does look much better than the old cafe that was there before but that is all I can say about it.

My family and I had lunch at this restaurant, and I ordered the Cumberland sausage with mashed potatoes, cabbage, peas, and onion gravy. When it arrived, it came with chips instead of mashed potatoes. I questioned the waitress about it and she said the chef had run out of mashed potatoes. I was disappointed that they didn't inform me when I placed my order that they were out of mashed potatoes. It's only polite to apologize and let the customer know. I was not pleased with the service and will not be returning.

This restaurant offers a simple and delicious lunch option served hot and quickly. The presence of a children's play area makes it a great choice for parents, while adults seeking a peaceful dining experience also have plenty of options to choose from.

Yesterday morning, we stopped by the garden centre and decided to have lunch to celebrate my partner's birthday. We both ordered the fish and chips; one with garden peas and one with mushy peas. The fish was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The portion of mushy peas was generous and served in a pottery bowl, and the fish came with lemon and a side of tartare sauce. We also enjoyed two lattes and the service was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and charming atmosphere overall.

Came here 3 times in 1 month, hot food was not avaliable and its overpriced for a garden centre , expect to pay this at top restaurant but not here
