Boser Geist - Easton

Called to make reservations for dinner and was told I didn’t need it. Drove over 30 minutes and was told at the door that they were closed for “employee appreciation day”. Really? Who manages this place? Completely unprofessional and rude. One would think that during these difficult times for small businesses, they would be more welcoming new patrons.

On my 15 years of experience on this planet, this restaurant has the best french fries that have ever touched my mouth. The Wachoes (waffle fry nachos) were also amazing and good bacon bits.

Boser Geist is exactly what you would expect from a local brewery. They boast a local beer tap menu that is constantly changing and feature plenty of food options to choose from. Definitely a great place for a quick bite and a few beers. They best is that they offer flights for you to try up to 4 of their unique beer options. 4/5

I'm always hesitant to try burgers on any menu because they usually sound better than they taste, but the fig burger was too intriguing to pass up. Glad I took the risk because the burger was juicey and the flavors were bold! My partner also got a burger and thought it was amazing! Yum! ?

Fantastic evening at Boser Giest! Delicious beer for my husband and even had great gluten free options for me! Delicious food. Definitely will be back!
