Incredible soups and sandwiches! This restaurant truly stands out by making their soups from scratch daily, rather than using pre-frozen options. I've tried the lobster bisque and enchilada soups, both of which are bursting with flavor and packed with real lobster and fresh ingredients! It's rare to find a place that prioritizes fresh ingredients and prepares them right before your eyes. The staff is super fast and friendly. During my lunch visits, it’s been so busy that even the general manager, Cristina, steps in to help prepare food. It's impressive to see a manager lead by example, actively assisting the team to ensure timely service for customers. Great job, Cristina and the entire staff! I will definitely keep coming back to this spot for lunch.

I visited Zupas for the first time and was really impressed by the excellent customer service and tasty food! A special thanks to Emma H. and Vicky for their great recommendations and for letting me try some soup samples. You both are fantastic! I can’t wait to return on my next visit.

I've been hesitant to try this place due to my previous experiences with Panera, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the pesto sandwich on white bread, while my husband chose the same sandwich on wheat. Both were fantastic! For my second dish, I had the clam chowder and my husband tried the enchilada soup, both of which were incredible! We will definitely be returning! Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and patient as we decided what to order. Keep up the excellent work!

It was a wonderful experience! The food was AMAZING! Everything in the menu sounds so good! Also loved the infused lemonades and the complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberry! We will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

During every lunch visit, it was so busy that even the general manager, Cristina, jumped in to help prepare food. It's refreshing to see a leader like her actively supporting the team to ensure timely service for customers. Great job, Cristina and team! This will definitely be my go-to spot for lunch.
