Frank's Italian Pizza - Easton

The antipasto was excellent, and the balsamic dressing was particularly delicious. The pizza was also quite good.

We had a disappointing experience here for the second time. There were numerous mistakes with our food. When our waitress disappeared for the third or fourth time, I asked a busser for a glass of water. Instead of helping, they slammed a cheese shaker down on the table and walked away. We requested to speak with a manager, who apologized but did not offer to reduce our bill in any way.

The food is good, but the service can be hit or miss. Some days the waitstaff are friendly and polite, while other times they seem disinterested and give off a negative attitude as you walk in. Additionally, I've received cold food on occasions when it felt like their text messages were prioritized over their work.

Food was super salty. Ruined the meals. Waitress said other people had said the same thing earlier. You would think they would work on that after the first complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of items on the menu. The food was delicious and decent portions. I had Frank's special with chicken! Def recommend and will prob be back!
