Headwater's Seafood Grille - Easton

TWEEKS ROAD TRIP FOOD REVIEW!! When I go to the coast (where I grew up, I must have seafood. I and my two sons threw out here. They got the black salmon BLT, and fish and note and I had the fish sandwich. But I wanted to try more, so I also ordered all Calamari the meerrot buffalo salmon bites with spicy Sriacha ginger honey sauce a crabcake and the cream crab soup. All food was surprisingly delicious. The Calamari was well made, tender and not overdue, but not so surprising, except the Sriacha/ginger/honey diving sauce. That's it! The crab cake was overpriced at $24, but was really good. It was super chunky, hammered full of meat instead of mostly bread. They forgot to bring out the cream of the crab soup that I also wanted to try, but they were pretty busy, so I leave the slide. My son said his salmon BLT was amazing and he is now a big seafood fan. The fish and the notes of my other son were huge pieces of cod. But to eat too much for him. My fish sandwich (also beer dipped cod was one of the best I ever had (and I grew up on the coast). The fish brooding was a bit heavy, but the combination of sweet Hawaiian butter grilled rolls, red float and spicy Sriacha aoli sauce was a perfect match. The flavors were great together! I usually spray a fish sandwich in tartaric acid sauce and malt vinegar... But not these. I didn't want to change the taste at all. I think I might have a hint of lemon over it. Great food, good service. I had the cream of the crab soup, fried oysters and grilled tuna sandwich.

My wife and I had lunch in the Headwaters yesterday and were totally impressed by the quality and taste of our food, the friendly staff and the wonderful atmosphere. This is gonna go to our restaurant from now on. If you haven't been there, please try. You won't regret it.

So delicious buttery seafood appetizers and deviled eggs with crab! yum. Easy parking, indoor and outdoor seating. TVs visible from amy seat. Bar available. Well enjoyed.
