Gertie's - EASTSOUND

This restaurant is a charming little place serving fresh and delicious dishes that would delight anyone's taste buds. It's unfortunate that they will be closing soon, but we are grateful that we had the chance to experience their food before they shut their doors.

This fantastic restaurant is located in the center of a small city. The food and service were wonderful. We ordered the Portlandia breakfast platter and the shrimp and grits, both of which were delicious. The marionberry pie that came with the Portlandia platter was exceptional, with a delicate sweetness and great flavor. We want to give a special shoutout to our server Tracy, who also happened to bake the marionberry pie.
