Kfc - Eaton

Update: went through tonight 2/18/24 and had the lights off at 9:45pm in front but kitchen on so figured inside was closed but drive thru open until 10 like it’s supposed to be and couldn’t get anyone on the intercom but someone was inside taking the chicken out. You close at 10 and clean after. This place is the worst in town.Don’t know why I bother with this place. This place sucks!!!!! Worst restaurant I’ve been to ever!!!!! They never have anything I want to order. Why do they not keep up with their food like other KFC’s? Only one I go to that does this. It’s really frustrating and a waste of time. I don’t recommend Eaton KFC. Oh and not to mention always having to pull forward and sitting for a long time. 10 or more minutes each time I come through. They can’t even get online orders correct. Only reason I ever come through is because my son loves the tenders but never again at this KFC. (Truly I would prefer giving them a negative star rating they are that bad!!

Order 60$ of food got 30$ and 5 calls to the store no answer at all I work in fast food as well this is very unprofessional.

The food is like other KFC, and the staff was friendly, but a little slow taking your order.

My wife just called and spoke with the manager of the Eaton, Ohio shop…stating that earlier this week they shorted us on food.. ordered three pc, received two piece)… then our order last night wrong. Managers response was they are having problems with their headphone equipment!….and it’s our responsibility to tell those at the pickup window to check our order!,, Really!!

Ordered 8 pc all-white and paid extra for it. Got home and found 2 breasts on top of 2 tiny wings and 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs on the very bottom. Dirty trick and frankly theft since I paid extra for all-white.
