Feedback gevenFood was what was to be expected, but the service was exceptional. The girl at the counter was patient and helpful. She came out twice to check on us to see if we needed anything and to warn us that the spot by the sodas was wet from being mopped.
Employees very rude besides Becky. Good service can make up for bad food but good food doesn’t make up for bad service.
I understand the service industry is hurting right now but what happened with our order was no excuse. Ordered a Big Hot Ham Meal, Big Roast Beef Meal, and a Kids Cheeseburger meal. It was a very long wait to begin with. When I got home I went to give my son the milk that came with his meal. It was already open and half gone. These milks have a seal on them and there was no seal. Our fries were half filled up. The milk really made me mad. I called and spoke to Dakotah the manager and I told him about the milk. He said that’s happened because they use that milk for their shake machine because they don’t have the ingredients for the shake machine. This is a 7oz milk. How much can that really help fill a shake machine? I asked why they don’t mark the open milks and keep them separate from the unopened of that was the case. He sighed and said I don’t know. You’re the manager get your stuff together. I don’t but the reason for the milk being open as what he stated. I truly think someone drank it and then they gave us the half used milk. He offered a coupon for my issues. I said a coupon? I want money back. I will never be back except to get my money back.
My biggest complaint is not the food, but when we stopped here with our family they had no changing stations in the bathrooms (men or women) to change our 2 babies. Pretty disappointing since it’s very rare we go to nearly any fast food place one is not there. Staff didn’t seem to mind saying “nope. Don’t have one” pretty proudly. Won’t be back here again. BK is right down the road. Try that instead everyone!
Ordered in drive through line with 3 cars ahead of me. Then waited... 12 minutes later I left the line without advancing toward the window. Terrible service.
