De biefstuk is keer op keer fantastisch!

It was my first time here today and I'm new to the card system. After I ordered my 2nd Red Bull, the system said I no longer had any credit. While I purchased a pass for €40. I told the bar staff this is never possible after 2 drinks. Then I was sent to the door and they sent me to the owner. Explained the story to her, but she said this happens so often and you can't go wrong at the bar. She just pushed me into a corner, with the others who take advantage of it. Then, after a lot of trying and weighing, I finally got €20 in cash back. But of course that is not in proportion to the €40 I spent. It's a bit of a shame that the owner puts me in that corner that always abuses it. Hopefully they will do something with this and it might be useful to have a system with a history of what was done/ordered at the bar, because that's not where things went wrong with me! I don't do anything like that.
