Carlos Harley's 745 Sportsbar Grill

I want to give this place a better review but few details end up giving them 2 stars. Food was good-not excellent but good. I ate fajita salad with beef. The beef can be better quality (kind of fatty. Tortilla chips on top was very hard. Their chips and Salsas chips were thin and crunchy so they should’ve used that one for salad topping. My husband’s enchilada was good. Their salsa was very very garlicky and we had that taste in our mouth after washing teeth. Like others mentioned, they have flies outdoor also some bees ? that wasn’t good… I recommend dine in inside. Server was friendly and we loved the guy but I don’t know what it is about Utah.. things are cheaper but tipping suggestion starts from 20 to 35 . Beat the California with tipping by far—-our server was good but wasn’t that good.

Went in for late lunch with a party of 7 after leaving a day at the lake. We didn't order any drinks. (Fountain drinks are $4. We did order $5 chips and salsa which was terrific. Food came and it was very good. When we went to settle the bill, they didn't give us a itemized check at the end of our meal. Our server handed us a digital device with the total and the option of a 4% 7% or 10% gratuity. (Seemed unusual. We left a tip and then realized that they had already included a 20% gratuity to our bill. None of us saw any signs indicating a 20% gratuity and there was no mention of a party size gratuity. It was just really bad form. Guests beware.

We had an awesome time. The server was great! The food was delicious.

Food was good. Service was good. The flies were so bad we had to pack up our food and leave. We had a dozen flies at our table the entire time and continued waving up napkins did nothing to alleviate the flies. The food server said they were doing the best they can with the flies but offered no solution or apology. Not a pleasant dinner experience.
