Carlos Harley's Fresh-mex And - Eden

Wow what a surprise! A true hidden gem. I got the Harley Burger and my husband got the chimichanga. Food was amazing! Salsa was flavorful; complex, hot but, you could still taste the other flavors, like cilantro etc. Service was fast and efficient aswell.

Jaren is an amazing server. very funny and very social with customers. He came over to our table and carried conversation, made jokes with us and all around was an amazing server! He checked in with us and made sure everything was good for us. The staffhere is amazing! This was my first time coming here.

The bacon poppers appetizer was fantastic. I ordered the chicken chimichanga with green sauce, black beans, and rice. My youngest son went for the chimichanga with shredded beef, topped with flame thrower sauce (which he requested), and he loved how well-balanced it was—not too much cheese or sauce. My oldest son had the Asada street tacos, and they were generous with the beef. He enjoyed his meal too. The staff was very friendly, and our order arrived quickly.

We had a great experience at Carlos Harley's previously, but now with the remodel, revamped decor, new menu, and fresh ownership, we were truly impressed. Each dish offered a unique experience, and the drinks were exceptional. The service was friendly, quick, and attentive, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming.

Carlos and Harley's has truly improved with the recent renovations and menu upgrades! Thankfully, the bacon-wrapped jalapeños are still on the menu, but they now offer many new and delicious options as well. We tried the ahi tuna appetizer, and for our main courses, we had the stuffed portobello and the seafood enchiladas. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious.
