Costa - Eden

This restaurant was terrible. The egg mayonnaise sandwich had cheap bread with hardly any mayo or egg. It was inedible. The cheese and tomato toastie was also made with cheap ingredients and lacked flavor. I could only eat half of it before giving up. This will be my first and last visit to Costa.

Very welcome warming drinks on a cold winters day. Despite being busy, staff were coping admirably. Good range of snacks available all at reasonable prices. Tables were cleared quickly which doesn’t always happen in busy cafes. Decor is a little dated and it can appear rather gloomy!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere was great, and the food and coffee were consistently delicious as always.

The dedicated team at this restaurant works tirelessly and deserves praise for efficiently managing a wide variety of drinks and food. Customers are served without excessive waiting times. This establishment consistently serves high-quality coffee across all of its locations.

Costa Coffee in Penrith town centre is a clean and smart branch of the chain without being particularly special in terms of design or decor. Service was good, as one expects of the brand, as were the coffees.
