Salsa Mexican Bistro - Eden

I have been a patron of this restaurant for a while now, but unfortunately, my visits have been interrupted due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The staff members were excellent, and the restaurant itself was visually stunning. The food was decent, but I was hoping for more in terms of flavor (which could be subjective). I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and requested some chili sauce, but the options provided were not to my liking. I would suggest that they offer some authentic Mexican chili sauces to customers seeking some extra flavor and spice. My favorites were the chili bites and the blue corn tacos.

We dined at this restaurant tonight and it was amazing. We enjoyed the beef burrito, chicken tacos, and king prawn fajitas. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The cocktails were also outstanding. The service was fast and all the female staff members in the restaurant provided excellent service. We will definitely be returning.

I love Mexican and Tex-Mex food. I ordered chips and salsa, chicken fajitas, veggie, and goat cheese burritos. The food was very tasty. I used to live in San Diego and am accustomed to the real deal, and this place delivered. The desserts were also delicious, with my partner choosing chocolate truffles and me indulging in churros. The churros were a bit undercooked and doughy, but still enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Although it's a bit far for a regular visit, I would like to return. Next time we pass through, we'll definitely stop by again.

Our party was made up of vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters and there was plenty of choice for all. The food was delicious with plenty of it. A great atmosphere and staff were very attentive. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed.
