Feedback gevenWe were hoping to have a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our Christmas dinner at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience that left me feeling upset. We had made a reservation for a table and were seated after a Covid review. Orders were placed at the reception area where our table was located. We ordered the appetizer and main course, along with some beer while we waited. After some time, the server brought our main course without the appetizer and asked if we were waiting for something else. We informed her that we had not yet received our appetizer and were surprised that it was missing. When we inquired about the missing items, the server said she would check with the kitchen. She returned after some time and informed us that the appetizer had been forgotten and she would have it prepared, as well as bring the missing item shortly. We explained that we did not want to wait for the appetizer after our main course had been served and requested to cancel it. The server became upset with us and said she would cancel the appetizer, displaying irritation and behaving as though we were at fault. When she brought the missing item, she slammed it on the table, which left us shocked by her behavior. We requested to speak with the restaurant manager, but when the manager arrived, he mentioned that the food service was outsourced and he could not assist. This revelation was unexpected and disappointing, as the manager seemed to deflect responsibility and pass it onto others. After finishing our meal, the same server aggressively apologized for the error, mentioning that the appetizer had been refunded to her. This inappropriate response, along with the overall negative experience, soured our Christmas dinner. I personally would not return to this restaurant, but I encourage others to visit and form their own opinions. It is important to note the image of the refund receipt provided to us, seemingly implying that the blame was on us for the poor service we received.
The restaurant experience was not good. I ordered porridge with a sweet and acidic sauce from the menu, but instead received small pieces of meat without pineapple in the sauce, which is standard for sweet and sour dishes. The noise level in the restaurant was so high that it was difficult to hear or talk to others. I was not happy with the experience and do not plan on returning. I am a local and would recommend going to the Chinese restaurant in Eden for a better dining experience.
We had an incredibly delicious dinner last night! We will definitely come back again. The restaurant is beautiful, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service. It is best to confirm beforehand, as the shuttle does not run every night.
The environment is not very nice eating is cantine style eating not what I would call a real restaurant!
Great service and food have had take away and eaten in over the last few weeks quality great for both love that the food is consistently good restaurant very clean keep it up guys
