Mcdonald's - Eden Isle

35 minutes for a double qtr pound with cheese after yall told me to go wait in the front for 15 minutes and my order not even ready after i watch 5 cars leave the drive thru. i honestly was gonna get my money back but yall dont deserve that time of day with me. HORRIBLE customer service. staff literally had no work ethic to speed things up THIS ENTIRE STORE needs to be retrained on TIME management

Very disrespectful manger at night complains about everything talks disrespectful to his co workers very lazy Holds up the front before close why all orders are done by the worker who grills are fix burgers I use to work there and close everything at night why the manger counts a draw the whole close time ..the other manger writes people up for being 2 mins late the shift manger mess with ours as you work super hard and get paid less worse job ever if you won't cold food this is the best place to go very disrespectful and unprofectnal the 2 night mangers need to be fired matt for disrespect co workers and holding up people for there food and troy for writen workers up for being one min late corp office needs to be call never work here bad idea are eat here at night

The food was perfect!Our order was right which never happens at other ones. They're all nice and very sweet.Very clean inside with the floors and table and the restrooms were also very clean as well both of them. No play area for the kids but they do have a screen with alot of games on it and also a TV to watch while waiting.
