Feedback gevenWow, this one was a tough sell. The location doesn’t seem to lend itself to good foot traffic. The veggies were sad. The young man working could not wait to not be there and felt the need to tell me ‘this job sucks’ and ‘this is my last day’?
This location makes good sandwiches. Service is friendly. They don't usually accept coupons here but the store appears clean and the sandwiches are fresh.
Placed an order online, said 30 minutes, I come in about 35 minutes later, haven't even started on the order. Not because they are busy, because the dude working was mopping, and by mopping I mean sweeping STANDING mop water out the front door. Had to wade through to come in. Almost ate shi* waking in. I tell him order for Sean, he says he doesn't have one, then finds the printout with my order. So he starts to make it. In order to make it, he spends 5 minutes flipping through the manual to see how to make the sandwich. 2 of the easiest sandwiches ever for the kids. Basically plain. Why don't good employees exist anymore. Ridiculous. It's now been 15 minutes, and the first sandwich isn't even done yet. Not a soul in here.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! This location used to have very good quality subs and service was excellent. NOT ANYMORE!Specially if you order with the app for curbside pickup, experience of food service both will be disappointing. Believe me. I learned it today costing me $12 which ended up in garbage bin.
I go to this location frequently and the same two girls are always working no matter what time i go, they are so polite and never rude or disrespectful. Definitely my favorites, I know my sandwich will be good when I see them. I never got to learn their names but I overheard the blonde girl calling the girl with black hair Jayden (I think). Anyway this location is top notch and my kids even agree!! I’ve been to the other location of the same owners (Oak Harbor) and it’s over priced and gross just by the look of their vegetables. I never will go to a different subway!
