The service was exceptional, receiving a perfect score for helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere, even for takeout, is inviting and pleasant. I highly recommend trying the Turtle Mocha; it was absolutely delicious! Overall, a great value for the price, with meals costing between $1 and $10.

I really enjoyed the service, and the drinks were expertly mixed. We also tried a cake pop and a few other items, all of which were fantastic. We opted for the drive-through, which was quick and convenient. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been going to this and other Caribous for years and look for to my weekly bagel, cream cheese coffee date with my husband. Two weeks ago they stopped putting the cream cheese on the bagel and put it in a plastic cup instead. Not as good because the toasted bagel cools before I can spread it on. Also they cut waaay back on the amount of cream cheese. Even when I asked for more it still wasn't enough. Also some of the staff are quite surly now. An experience that I truly looked forward to has gone from wow to meh. Not sure what happened but I want my old Caribou back!

I know corporate puts pressure on staff to go, go, go but it bleeds off onto the customers. I just sat and watched how interactions with customers went while my drink was being made.
