The blonde worker I believe her name tag said heather had quite a attitude with us calling us ugly from inside the restaurant while we were trying to get our food will customer service is usually well but not tonight 0/5

I JUST LEFT THIS LOCATION AND THEY GAVE ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER WHICH I CANNOT EAT, THE EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AND JUMPING AROUND BECAUSE THEY SAW A RAT AND HAVING A GOOD OLD TIME WITH 3 CARS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. ALSO REALLY DIRTY WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD -10/10

Drive thru lady mumbled something and I asked her to clarify what she said and with a hostile attitude she said “ we are only serving fried food!” I decided that she was reflecting the attitude with the food prep so I chose to leave and vowed not to go there again. Good luck with that. Times have changed no longer does customer service matter. So “I rule at Burger King” is a lie.

PLEASE READ ALL..... On Friday 2/2/24 at 1:30 placed a take out order at outside drive up, for Big Fish combo and a small order of fries.When at pickup window, was told small fry was $2.87! No thank you.Cashier said, here is your Big Fish and my husband said, I ordered a combo Oh okay , said the cashier, and handed him a bag with a Big Fish sandwich in it. What the Hell???Not only did she get the order wrong, but never corrected it at the window......Poor Employee and Uncaring Management.... Shame On You!

Person taking the order was talking to a co worker and not listening to our order. Had to repeat it 4x and they still got it wrong. Bathroom looks like they haven't been cleaned in years. Feces all over the men's bathroom. Sink is black with scum and dirt. Absolutely disgusting. Workers sitting in booths doing nothing. AVOID THIS HEALTHRISK AT ALL COSTS. I have never seen such a gross restaurant or a useless bunch of employees. Just gross!!!
