Wein-castell - Edesheim

We're not out of the area and were there for dinner. The food was just amazing. It's really not better. Especially the sauces have let one dive into another world. Absolute recommendation.

We visited the restaurant of the house during a short holiday in the southern wine road. The property is easily accessible in Edesheim nd and is connected to a hotel. In summer can also be fed in the Hofgarten. The interior of the restaurant is rustic and clean. It reflects the statement on the home’s homepage: ...Symbiosis of rural hospitality, Palatine flair and the best of kitchen and cellar.... Our choice of dishes was: Palatine Saumagen with chestnut and deer goulash. Both dishes were deliciously prepared and tasted excellent. Pleasant for the guest: The generous dimension of the Schoppen. A visit we will like to repeat.

Just been here for dinner. I can't say anything about the rooms. The menu is small but fine. The dishes are appealing and very tasty. The service staff is attentive and friendly. All in all a successful visit.
