Negative star! on Monday night at 17 o'clock I went to coffee with my family and was greeted by a building with steam / juice mixed. I did it.

I have worked here 2 times, I loved working there and making people drink and eat, but some of the younger teenagers do not understand how to be.

Often go there and should really stop spending my money there. had ice there twice in the last 2 weeks and both the cones were stale.

I usually stop at this place and it's okay, but on Wednesday afternoon I stopped here on my way back to Madison. I ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches, a medium hazelnut coffee, and a wine pack. While on the interstate, I started eating and found that everything was frozen and cold. The second sandwich was the same. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting at the bottom of the cup for a long time. Since I was already on the interstate, I couldn't turn back. Normally it's okay, although sometimes the ovens are not on at the beginning of the afternoon. But this time, it was a complete disappointment.

Regrettably, the hot chocolate I ordered was mostly water and lacked any discernible chocolate flavor. However, at least it was served hot. If I had tasted it before leaving, I would have requested a refund.
