I had a terrible experience on Monday 12-11-2023, My friend and I decided to order through drive thru. The lady taking our order Tara) was terribly rude while we ordered being short and getting frustrated as she took our order. She then repeated my total at the window was trying to be snotty about it. I handed her the card she then handed me my drinks and had me pull to the door. Not even a full minute after parking at the door my food was there. I was thrilled and ready to eat . My friend and I left and began to eat our food. I had ordered a 7 dollar meal deal with tenders a m root beer , fries and a strawberry Sunday. My friend a burger L coke and we shared a L cheese curds. While we were eating I realized I don 't have my fries or Sunday. So I called the store and the manager Elisa I believe I hope that 's right) was super nice and apologetic about the mistake. She asked if I could come back and I said I would be able to. When I arrive she greets me and apologized again. I relay to her my drive through experience. She then tells Tara about the discrepancy as she is preparing my bag of fries. Tara then says loudly he didn 't order that he wasn 't missing it. Then I Say to Tara yes that was my order and by that time another worker had given me my Sunday. I had told Tara I would like to show her my receipt since she didn 't believe me. I took my food to the car and brought back a receipt . As I approached the counter Tara shouts at me I TOLD YOU I DIDNT NEED TO SEE YPUR RECEIPT I then told her that I didn 't want her to make me out to be a liar she said People don 't come in here and lie about their orders for free food by this time all the lobby is focused on us and situation leaving me embarrassed. I told her that it was unacceptable to talk to me the way she did working in customer service. She then shouted again BYE SIR HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!! BYE SIR HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!! Shouting over me talking and at me causing an uncomfortable scene while everyone In the lobby was watching. I walk out and she continues shouting at my while handing food to the people at the door BYE SIR HAVE A GOOD DAY!! She embarrassed me another time before I left the store. This kind of behavior is unnecessary and avoidable . If she would have been apologetic from the start and not blaming I would have understood. All meanwhile Elisa and the rest of the staff walking on eggshells around Tara trying not to cause a scene. The rest of the staff was amazing and continued doing phenomenal while getting me and others their food. They were all apologetic and were trying their best to make the situation better . Do recommend coming here but don 't recommend staffing people as Tara!
Use to enjoy the #5dbl cheese burger combo,,with green chili couple of weeks ago lol I believe I paid 50cents for the side of green chili it was a good about of chili lol ???got the same combo yesterday ???had to pay a dollar for the chili ???I probably wouldn't be complaining but I had to look for the chili ? ,won't be going
Exact same order 3 days in a row: $9.69, $10.77, $11.20!Update 04/24/21024: DQ has lost a customer permanently today. Normally when the weather gets warmer I become pretty much a daily customer at the DQ drive-through. As noted above, I 've had some issues in the past but today 's experience has cost them my business permanently. I drove up to the order/menu board, and was greeted with the usual, Go ahead and order when you 're ready. I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes. Silence for about a minute, then a voice says, Sorry. Give me a minute. Another minute and then had to place my order again. Got to the window, handed over my money. Girl came back with the change and instead of placing it in my hand she dropped it in my hand and almost a dollar 's worth of change hit the ground. Being disabled (and clearly so) I could not retrieve it. Then my order comes and lo and behold it 's 2 vanilla milkshakes. After confirming by smell I told the girl they were not chocolate. She argued, went and got another teenager who also argued and wouldn 't replace them. I confirmed by taste they were not chocolate. I will NEVER return!
Fantastic customer service and the absolute best Banana Split Blizzard I've ever received at any Dairy Queen! Will stop in every time I am passing through.
