Caribou Coffee - Edina

This Caribou location is fantastic, featuring excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. It strikes the perfect balance—not too crowded, yet not overly quiet. If you're looking for a bite after your coffee, you can conveniently grab lunch at Chipotle next door on your way out!

I received my sandwich this morning just after 6 AM, and it was still in its original packaging and not fully cooked. My cooler was fine, but I'm disappointed with my breakfast.

First things first, I need to apologize in advance for my mom's usual order: a caramel macchiato high rise, decaf, with whole milk and low sugar syrup inside, topped with regular full sugar caramel drizzle and extra whipped cream. Oh, and she actually wanted a little less syrup than usual—wait, scratch that! Last time, I accidentally got the full sugar syrup, and it was way too sweet. So, never mind about the less syrup request; that was definitely an unreasonable ask. I’m really sorry! At that point, the lady behind me started laughing, and I hadn't even realized anyone was back there. And to make matters worse, I suddenly remembered that I had forgotten my wallet at home! I can't thank the kind younger Asian girl behind the counter enough—she really deserves a medal for her patience and a nice raise for putting up with me! I wish I could remember names instead of having to describe people like "the young Asian girl" or "the hippy-looking white guy"—I have tons of other jokes like this. Despite my blunders, the coffee was amazing, and the employees were ridiculously nice. I sincerely apologize for the chaos I caused. I made sure to leave a small tip, and I hope this review helps to make up for it. These employees deserve all the recognition and better pay!

This is my go-to caribou most mornings on my way to work since it?s close by. I always order ahead and normally my orders are on time and accurate! Today I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it came with plain. I also ordered a coffee with heavy cream and it came straight black. I?m so bummed!

Pretty busy on a Friday morning at 11 AM. . there is a standing bar and tables and chairs they may think to expand this caribou,because of the amount of people(mostly business) . More tables and chairs are needed with that being said the baristas were friendly and accommodating to my extra hot water request
