Qdoba Mexican Eats - Edina

I had an excellent experience today, March 19, 2016! My little one accidentally knocked my meal off the table, but the staff was quick to clean it up and bring me a replacement. Thank you!

This restaurant has really stepped up its game! The menu has been updated with a fantastic selection, and the place is spotless. I attempted to photograph all the food options available. While they might charge a bit more than their competitors, they generously include queso and guacamole at no extra cost. Plus, who else offers such a variety of tortilla choices, pickled onions, and crispy tortilla strips?

I had the steak and fajita bowl, which came with a salad, queso, cheese, cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream. It was delicious!

First time getting delivery here after getting burned by a couple Chipotle locations. This is so much better than Chipotle. Would love to see sofritas, vegetarian chorizo added to the menu.
