Republic - Edina

Without a doubt, this is one of those places where time stands still while you enjoy your meal. The bartender was fantastic, the food was full of flavor, and the portion sizes were just right. The mixed drinks were perfectly crafted, and the atmosphere was very inviting. If you haven't tasted her food yet, you're really missing out. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back for more.

Amy and Spencer were excellent hosts and servers. The menu may be limited, but it offers quality options, and the rotating draft beers are fresh and delicious. You can sit at the bar or at a table and enjoy live music on Thursday and Friday evenings. Have a great time!

The French toast was delicious, and I also tried the yogurt parfait on a previous visit, which was equally enjoyable.

Before i say why it’s 2/5 i should mention the service was still good. The “tacos” were a sad representation and insult to Mexican culture. The taco shell was hard and soft, just a soggy mess, the pulled pork had no flavour and it seems they tried to smother chipotle on top the taco to balance the dryness. it just didn’t go well at all. They also have paper straws.

The bartender was very nice so he is the one who gets 2 stars but I ordered titos I saw him pour a titos but it was 100% not titos haha it tasted like everclear! Titos is my favorite vodka I know when I'm getting something else
